Some opinion here about how Real Estate handled itself during the pandemic, steps to rectify any decline etc
My husband and I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Cheryl Menayas as our Realtor for the purchase of our new home, and absolutely love her! She came as a referral from an out of state Realtor and we are so glad. She is extremely professional, and devotes herself 100% to her clients needs. She is always willing to go that extra mile which is so important in business these days, but is often lacking. We were so thrilled with her that we referred her to our parents who just bought a new house from her as well, and listed their old one! They are seniors and she has been so patient and kind with them, which we really appreciate. We can’t thank her enough!!
