With my experience in real estate, I have the expertise and track record of success you’ll need. I have obtained a GRI designation, held by less than 5% of REALTORS, as well as the MRE designation, Master of Real Estate. I also graduated in 2006, from the Scottsdale Association of Realtors Leadership Program all to provide you the greatest customer service in a very competitive market. My education continued with an e-PRO designation in 2007 and an SFR, Short sale & Foreclosure Resource designation in 2010. I continue to keep current with education all year long. In today’s real estate market, these distinctions make a difference.
I do not limit myself to a specific area because I am a consultant who prefers to have a relationship with my client and provide a service that addresses all their needs which most likely will not be limited to one area. I am capable of handling referrals for Arizona or any other state or international community. I operate my business on referrals and really enjoy my job.
I am well versed in the current market for a variety of price points for my first time home buyers and my investors and the higher end communities that have a variety of values and lots of amenities to offer.
